What is hdln trying to solve?
A big, chronic, universal problem, people not knowing what is going on at work.
What is hdln?
hdln is a summary of your week’s most important metrics and activities, delivered right to your inbox.
How does it work?
hdln aggregates relevant data from leading workplace applications – Gmail, Google Calendar, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, etc. – and provides actionable insights for individuals and teams. Following a one-time set up, hdln runs in the background, capturing the week’s activities and delivering a weekly summary at the time and date of your choice. (For this phase of the hdln beta all hdlns are sent out via email on Mondays at 7 AM EST.)
Who owns the data that hdln collects?
You do! hdln is here to help you better make sense of the crush of information that we all handle each week. We never share nor resell any of the information that you entrust us to gather on your behalf.
How much does it costs?
hdln is free to use. We will be introducing a paid tier at a later date.
What do I need to know to use hdln?
One of the beauties of hdln is that there is no learning curve in order to use it. We aren’t looking to replace existing apps, change the way you work, & in the process add complexity to an already too complex world. We aren’t asking you to learn how to use something new. hdln isn’t yet another app or chatbot or AI-enabled search application. Just connect the applications that you already use and hdln uncovers what’s most relevant to you each week.
Who is hdln for?
hdln is for anyone who is part of an organization that uses email and tools like Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, etc., every day at work.
I’m having trouble connecting my apps to hdln. What should I do?
We suggest that you disconnect whichever apps you are having trouble connecting, refresh the My hdln page, and then reconnect your apps.
Where is the documentation for hdln?
There is none! As hdln is not a new product we aren’t looking to replace the tools that you already use everyday at work. Therefore we aren’t asking you to change how you work, thus there is nothing to “learn” or “train on” in order to use hdln.
What is next for hdln?
A lot, we are just getting started! Up next are additional integrations with Microsoft 365, Gong, Asana, Notion, Airtable & others.
hdln premium
As we add additional integrations hdln will offer an auto-generated, human-editable, weekly summary of your workweek that you can share with your colleagues.
